2. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities.
Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of 5% VAT.
Prices may change without notice.
Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.
We are not responsible for bank or third-party transaction fees.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee:

Coffee beans and consumables are non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
Any issue must be reported within 12- 24 hours of delivery.
For approved cases, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including logos, images, text, branding, and design) belongs to Radio Roastery and may not be copied or used without written permission.
