Refund Policy

At Radio Roastery, we are committed to providing high-quality coffee and products. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be provided.


1. General Policy

Due to the perishable nature of coffee:

  • All sales are generally final.
  • Refunds or returns are only accepted in limited circumstances outlined below.


2. Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We may offer a refund or replacement if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is defective or of unsatisfactory quality

Any issue must be reported within 12-24 hours of receiving the order.


3. Non-Eligible Items

The following are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Opened or used coffee products (unless defective)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products stored improperly after delivery
  • Minor variations in taste, aroma, or appearance (as coffee is a natural product)


4. In-Store Purchases

For in-store purchases:

  • No refunds are provided once the product has been consumed or taken away
  • Issues should be raised immediately at the counter for resolution


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch
  • Once an order is prepared or shipped, it cannot be cancelled


6. Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.


7. Delivery Issues

Radio Roastery is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving delivery issues.
