At Radio Roastery, we are committed to providing high-quality coffee and products. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be provided.
1. General Policy
Due to the perishable nature of coffee:
- All sales are generally final.
- Refunds or returns are only accepted in limited circumstances outlined below.
2. Eligible Refunds or Replacements
We may offer a refund or replacement if:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is defective or of unsatisfactory quality
Any issue must be reported within 12-24 hours of receiving the order.
3. Non-Eligible Items
The following are not eligible for refund or return:
- Opened or used coffee products (unless defective)
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products stored improperly after delivery
- Minor variations in taste, aroma, or appearance (as coffee is a natural product)
4. In-Store Purchases
For in-store purchases:
- No refunds are provided once the product has been consumed or taken away
- Issues should be raised immediately at the counter for resolution
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch
- Once an order is prepared or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
6. Refund Process
If your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.
7. Delivery Issues
Radio Roastery is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving delivery issues.
